I received my order, but an item is damaged or incorrect

• Order number
• Clear photo of the item and packaging
All claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
We will review your request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
My tonic, tea, or capsules look different than expected
Because our products are made from natural plant materials:
• Color, smell, and texture may vary from batch to batch
• Separation in liquid tonics can occur
• Herbal teas and capsules may have slight differences in appearance
This is normal and does not indicate a defect.
For tonics: gently shake before use if separation occurs.
For teas: natural plant particles are expected.
For capsules: slight variation in fill or color may occur due to raw herb differences.
How should I store my products?
Proper storage helps maintain quality:
• Tonics: store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is recommended after opening if specified
• Teas: keep sealed in a dry environment, away from heat and moisture
• Capsules: store in a cool, dry place with the container tightly closed
Avoid exposure to heat, humidity, and direct light.
When will a product be restocked?

Restocks depend on sourcing quality herbs and proper preparation—not mass production timelines.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Can I update my shipping address?
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update your address.

Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
